D: G. MAG. BRIT. FRAN. ET. HIB. REX, rev. struck en medaille, crowned oval quartered shield of arms with lion skin garniture, EBOR the Latin name of York in cartouche below, .CHRISTO. AVSPICE. Some light surface marks and pitting mainly on obverse field, some light short scratches, a little weak near centre in striking both sides of coin, otherwise toned, very fine.
