Edward III (1327-77), gold Quarter-Noble of one shilling and eight pence, Tower Mint, fourth coinage (1351-61), Pre-Treaty period, series B (1351), initial mark cross pattée, quartered shield of arms in tressure of eight arcs, pellet below, trefoils on cusps, Latin legend and beaded borders surrounding with annulet stops and retrograde Ns, EDWAR'o Ro ANGL oZo FRANC'o Do hyBER, rev. E in central compartment of ornate cross with lis terminals, lion over trefoil in each angle, all within beaded and linear tressure of eight arcs, legend and beaded border surrounding with annulet stops and curule X with retrograde N, initial mark cross pattée, EXALTABITVRo INo GLORIAo A, note extra A at end of legend for "Amen", weight 1.75g (Schneider 13; Doubleday 24; N.1141; S.1495). Toned with flan crack around part of inner circle and to rim, otherwise very fine and very rare especially with extra "Amen" at end of reverse legend, the obverse legend also "Godless" with no DEI GRA title as per this variety of Series B.
