Edward IV, first reign (1461-70), silver long cross Halfpenny, light coinage (1464-70), York Mint, facing crowned bust, trefoil either side of neck, Latin legend and beaded borders surrounding both sides, initial mark lis, +EDWARD DEI GRA REX A, rev. long cross pattee, trio of pellets in each angle, CIVI TAS EBO RACI, weight 0.30g (Withers 2b; N.1610; S.2076). Toned, rim a little ragged and reverse off-centre, otherwise a bold very fine with a good little portrait.
