DI. GRA. REX. AnGL. Z. FRAn C. .DnS. I.B'.,rev.rose at centre on sunburst, over cross with lis terminals, crown over lion in each angle, all within beaded and linear tressure of eight arcs, fleurs in spandrels, beaded circle surrounding, stop between I and B, IhC. AVT'. TRAnSIES. PER. mEDIVm. ILLORVm.. I..BAT, weight 7.60g (cf.Schneider 362; N.1549; S.1950).Uneven flan shape, lightly creased with some residual deposit in parts from once being in the ground, otherwise a bold very fine with a good depiction of the King, unusual with reverse spelling error.
