Edward VII (1901-10), bronze Penny, 1905, bare head right, DES below for engraver G W De Saulles, legend and toothed border surrounding, EDWARDVS VII DEI GRA: BRITT: OMN: REX FID: DEF: IND: IMP: rev. Britannia seated right with trident and shield, denomination in words surrounding, second E of legend slightly rotated, date in exergue (Freeman 161 dies 1+C; S.3990). Toned over underlying lustre, some hairline nicks on reverse, otherwise good extremely fine.
