Elizabeth I (1558-1603), silver Half-Groat of Twopence, seventh issue (1601-02), crowned bust left, two pellets behind as a mark of value, Latin legend and beaded circles surrounding both sides, initial mark 1 (1601) both sides, 1.E; D;G; ROSA; SINE; SPINA., rev. long cross fourchee over quartered shield of arms, CIVI TAS LON DON, weight 1.07g (N.2016; S.2586). A little double struck with some flat spotting in the legend from the striking, otherwise about very fine.
