SOIT. Q MAL. Y. PENSE. initials of William Wellesley Pole "WW P" incuse on left shield border, incuse W on right shield border for engraver Thomas Wyon, weight 5.68g (Bull 2155; ESC 1235C; Davies 88; S.3790). Toned slabbed and graded by NGC as MS64 though they have not noted the overdate which is quite obvious within the top loop of the 9, very rare so well preserved.
