George V (1910-36), Pattern Twelve Groats, 1914, struck in copper, for Reginald Huth by John Pinches, draped bust left, legend and toothed border surrounding both sides, GEORGIVS. V. DEI. GRATIA, rev. struck en medaille, crowned cruciform emblematic shields, emblems in angles and at centre, denomination in words around lower half, BRI. REX. and date in upper half surrounding, COPPER on edge (Bull 3704 R4; ESC p.52 note 1; cf.L&S 25). Perhaps once lightly polished, otherwise good extremely fine, has been graded and slabbed by PCGS as details cleaned, very rare.
