Henry VII (1485-1509), gold Angel of six shillings and eight pence, type IV/V, St Michael slaying dragon, beaded circle and Latin legend surrounding, initial mark crosslet (1504-05) both sides, over greyhound head on obverse, saltire stops and abbreviated Latin legend both sides hEnRIC'xx DI'xx GRA'x REXx AnGLIE' xZx FRA'x rev. ship sailing right, quartered shield upon hull, cross above, h to left, rose to right, PER CRVCE'x TVA'x SALVAx nOSx XPE'x REDE', weight 5.16g (cf.Schneider 539; N.1698; S.2186/2187). Toned, weak in parts, a bold very fine, an unusual mule between the classes.
