Head of Athena Parthenos facing right, wearing a crested Attic helmet decorated with a Pegasos, the foreparts of five galloping horses on the visor, rev. HPAKΛEΩTΩN, club, Nike walking left below, holding a wreath, a monogram on each side of her; all within an oak-wreath, 16.80g., 12h (Lavva, Silberprägung, Group II, B; SNG Lockett 2823; Jameson 1503). Very well-struck in high relief, the obverse showing a high degree of the finer details of the helmet, cabinet toning, extremely fine.
