BAΣIΛEΩΣ / ANTIΓONOY inscribed on the side of a prow left, upon which is seated Apollo left, testing a bow, a monogram below, 17.13g., 12h (Panagopoulou pl. 33, 158; SNG Alpha Bank 1046-7; SNG Ashmolean 3264). A beautiful example, well-struck and centred on a very broad flan, light iridescent cabinet toning, extremely fine.
