Ayyubid, al-Nasir Salah al-Din Yusuf I, Saladin, (AH 564-589 / 1169-93 AD), gold Dinar, al-Qahira, AH 587, two marginal inscriptions, and an inscription in two lines, on both obverse and reverse, naming the Abbasid caliph al-Nasir, as commander of the faithful in the inner obverse marginal legend, and, on the reverse naming Saladin in the inner marginal legend as, al-'adil, al malik, al-'alim, salah al din, and in two lines at the centre, as Yusuf b.
