Scotland, Robert II (1371-90), silver Penny, crowned head left, sceptre before, beaded circles and legend surrounding, +ROBERTVS REX SCOTO, rev. long cross pattee, pierced mullet in each inner angle, beaded circles +VIL LA E Din BVR, weight 0.92g (Burns 6a only recorded in BM Collection; S.5146). Lightly toned, double struck on reverse, one flat part to legend both sides, the most unusual of the obverse legend readings only recorded by Burns from one example in the British Museum and therefore not illustrated by him, about very fine and very rare.
