Victoria (1837-1901), copper Halfpenny, 1841, young filleted head left, date below, W:W. incuse on truncation, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, VICTORIA DEI GRATIA rev. Britannia seated right with ornamental trident and shield, emblems in exergue, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, BRITANNIAR: REG FID: DEF : colon further from DEF, no colon after G, weight 9.53g (Peck 1524; S.3949). With considerable lustre, a number of spots and blemishes especially on the obverse, has been graded and slabbed by NGC as MS63 RB.
