Victoria (1837-1901), Bronze Decimal Pattern Half-Farthing or One Centime, 1857, struck on a 17mm flan, small young head left within a border of dots, legend and toothed border surrounding, VICTORIA D: G: BRITANNIAR: REG F: D:, date at bottom, rev. struck en medaille, Britannia seated right on rocks with trident and shield within a border of dots, legend and toothed border surrounding, HALF FARTHING around top, 1 CENTIME below (Peck 1979 ER; Freeman 864 R18). Toned, hint of lustre to some letter tops, has been slabbed and graded by NGC as PF65 BN and extremely rare.
