St George and dragon right, long tail to horse, one extra spur of hair in upper left curve, date in exergue, small B P initials to upper right, only the P visible, weight 7.96g (Bentley 315; Marsh 91A; S.3856A). Toned unevenly with handling and bagmarks, otherwise a bold fine.
