St George and dragon right, long tail to horse, one extra spur of hair in upper left curve, date in exergue, small B P initials to upper right, weight 7.95g (Bentley 315; Marsh 91A; S.3856A). Toned unevenly with handling and bagmarks, heavy scuffs on cheek, a bold fine to almost very fine.
