Victoria (1837-1901), gold Half Sovereign, 1883, fifth young head left in lower relief, type A5, date below, VICTORIA DEI GRATIA, toothed border around rim both sides, rev. crowned quartered shield of arms in frame, cross on crown intrudes border teeth, BRITANNIARUM REX FID: DEF: weight 3.95g (Marsh 457; Bull EGC. 1290; S.3861). Toned, surface marks, almost very fine.
