At Coins, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
